CHILD CARE INFORMATION
Princeville Chaperones provides quality "in-house" childcare to all ages, including infants and "special needs children".
24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
Our experienced staff is CPR and First Aid certified, TB tested, Insured, background checked & non-smokers; many are parents, naturalists, guides, and even have teaching or other professional credentials. Our mature chaperones are selected for their experience, reliability and commitment to quality childcare.
From a "kid free" night at a dinner luau, golfing & whale watching to an extra pair of hands at the pool - Princeville Chaperones can help. We provide childcare that allows you to relax and enjoy your vacation and activities, knowing that your children are in our capable and caring hands & having a great time!
Our chaperones can even accompany the family on day trips anywhere on island - most of our chaperones are also professional tour guides!
Special Event Childcare: Price Varies per event
We can staff any event needing childcare: corporate events, parties, luaus, & weddings. We offer special rates for large parties please contact the concierge for details and arrangements. Rates are determined on services you that you desire: Generally @ $40 hr. per staff.
Event chaperones make sure the children at your event are well looked after and have lots of fun too.
We break into groups, each group explores the native plant garden and tide pools and do an associated craft! We have food, games, movies and FUN!
We can arrange traditional party entertainment: kids carnival, face painting, magic shows, waterslides, bouncy rooms, balloon modeling, themed parties, gift bags, decorations, story time, specialty arts and crafts, and even a professional photography service. Our childcare service with trained, experienced professionals creates a child-centered environment resulting in happy children and happy parents.
We recommend the following ratios in the initial planning process for events:
Infants/Babies (up to 2 Years old) 1:1
Toddlers (up to 3 years) 3:1
Pre-School (up to 5 years) 4:1
School Age (up to 16 years) 6:1
*Programs are customized in accordance to participant’s ages.
Programs may be modified due to weather conditions.
Package pricing is available for full day programs.
PRIVATE SNORKEL TOURS Rates
DAY or NIGHT Coral Reef Adventure with Educational Presentation, Instruction,
and Digital Photos - 3 hours
We specialize in Night Snorkels with Flashlights. Something you will never forget!
RATES: 1-2 Guests: $150 per person;
3-4 guests: $125 per person;
5-6 guests: $105 per person.
Ocean Pulse - MULTI DAY COURSE International coral reef monitoring methods - including fish, invertebrates, algae and coral.
3hrs. per day - 2 day minimum
RATES: 1-2 Guests: $130 per person per day;
3-4 guests: $100 per person per day;
5-6 guests: $75 per person per day.
Video Services & Instruction
Private Ocean Video Chaperone with Personalized DVD - Surfing, Kayak, Stand Up Board, SCUBA, Presentations, Performances, Weddings, Parties, etc.: $100 per hour
*Other charges may apply to specialty videos depending on video length and editing time.
HDV Videography Snorkel Class - YOU video the exclusive spots with HDV Video and Still Cameras and get the Video, Pictures & Marine Biology Instruction = $150 for 2 hours
DVD-IT-YOURSELF: Learn HDV movie editing - in your room or at the beach;
Mac or PC; your computer or ours = $150 for 2 hours
